Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable Summer Symposium

The Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable is a nonprofit organization which provides a forum for the exchange of planned giving ideas in the Rocky Mountain region. Its mission is to inspire their community to increase the quantity and the quality of charitable planned gifts to nonprofit organizations. They accomplish this through quality education, increased awareness, networking opportunities, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This session takes major gift officers and gift planning professionals on a practical journey through the full lifecycle of a complex real estate gift. From the first donor conversation, to setting expectations, to structuring and execution, we will tackle the technical issues that can make or break a real estate gift. Whether you are new to this asset class or looking to sharpen your expertise, you will leave with the confidence and tools to open the door with donors and close the gift.

Minnesota Gift Planning Association Conference

Join MGPA for its 50th annual conference: Philanthropy in Practice. MGPA has been bringing an annual conference to gift planners, professional fundraisers, attorneys and financial advisors from across Minnesota and far beyond, providing a two-day conference centered upon professional growth. MGPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the education and training of gift planning specialists, fund-raisers and professional advisors, and to raising public awareness of charitable giving overall and gift planning specifically.
