Ms. Sherwood joined KASPICK & COMPANY from Northern Trust (2005–2011) where she was Region President in Northern California, responsible for managing Northern Trust’s wealth management, private and business banking, trust and estate planning, and financial consulting business. Prior to Northern Trust, Lindy held management positions at U.S. Trust Company (Senior Vice President and Managing Director, 2000–2005) and at Schwab and Schwab Institutional (Vice President, 1992–2000). Prior to Schwab, Lindy spent 13 years with Citibank where she held various management and relationship management positions. She is currently on the Board of the Vista Center for the Visually Impaired and does volunteer work for the San Jose Ballet and the San Jose Heart Association. Ms. Sherwood holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Prior to joining KASPICK & COMPANY in 1995, Ms. Mason was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, Inc., where for seven and a half years, she advised non-profit institutions on the investment and oversight of their endowment assets. She has spoken on investment and planned giving topics at numerous non-profit conferences. Ms. Mason is a Director of the Boston Lyric Opera and a former Trustee of Norwich University, where she serves as an advisor to the Investment Committee. Ms. Mason has an AB in Economics and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University.

Prior to joining KASPICK & COMPANY in 1997, Mr. Korthals was Manager of Gift Services for The First Church of Christ, Scientist. For 11 years he was responsible for overseeing both gift planning and the administration and investment of the Church’s substantial planned giving program. He has spoken on gift planning and investment topics at regional and national conferences. He is an honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin in Finance and a graduate with high honors from the American Bankers Association’s National Graduate Trust School. Mr. Korthals is a past President of the Planned Giving Group of New England.

Ms. Devany joined KASPICK & COMPANY in 2011 after 15 years at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. where she led service and operations organizations and managed a number of large infrastructure projects and firm-wide initiatives. Most recently, she was SVP, Accounts, Reporting, and Trading Operations. Prior to Schwab, Ms. Devany was responsible for strategic planning and business analytics and reporting at Shaklee Corporation, Providian Financial Corporation, and Gnostic Concepts. Ms. Devany has a BA from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in English.
